10 Week Custom Fitness Program
A personalized fitness program designed to support strength, consistency, and momentum. The program begins alongside coaching and continues for an additional six weeks after the coaching period ends, allowing clients to carry forward structure and progress independently.
Priority access for returning clients
Returning clients are prioritized ahead of the general waitlist. Because we’ve already worked together, Back to Balance clients are offered the next available coaching spot as openings become available.
